It has big digital display where are shown the measurements and the image of the leaf which is scanned by the instrument. It doesn’t cause any damage or distortion to the leaf. It has internal memory for the storage of the measurements and the images. The system has special scanner and also build in microprocessor which makes the measuring procedures. The system measures: Leaf Area, Leaf Length, Leaf Width, average Leaf Area in leaf groups, cumulative Leaf Area.
